MY FITNESS ALFA

    MyFitness is a brand that needs no introduction to the fitness industry of the Baltic States. Since the creation of MyFitness in Estonia in 2008, and having opened more than ten clubs already in the first years of operation, the company continued to expand and came to the Latvian market in 2014. At the moment, MyFitness has more than 20 clubs in Latvia and is the largest network of gyms there.

    This is one of the latest gyms opened by MyFitness. The sports club is located in Shopping Center Alfa, in Riga. Its area takes up to 2,000 m2. The gym is equipped with the latest generation of fitness equipment by Technogym and Escape Fitness. The spacious premises have a separate Functional area, Cross Training area, and the Element Fitness Strength Zone for those who prefer heavyweights. We have designed a functional training bridge with integrated squat and shelving systems, to leave the available area free to walk. In the gym, there is a room intended for group fitness classes for strength, and cardio workouts, for low-intensity and harmonious activities.
